Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges.
• Lead a team of mental health professionals, ensuring consistent delivery of quality services and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Supervise multidisciplinary clinical staff, offering guidance and support to enhance their professional development and clinical skills.
• Oversee all administrative functions, including documenting client progress, coordinating care, and managing treatment schedules.
• Execute strategic marketing initiatives to connect with potential clients and community partners, building relationships that lead to referrals.
• Engage in ongoing training and dialogue surrounding best practices in mental health therapy and crisis management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with diverse populations seeking mental health support, including individuals dealing with trauma, addiction issues, homelessness, and co-occurring disorders. Your understanding and sensitivity to these complex situations will significantly impact clients' journeys toward recovery. Our target population ranges from adolescents to adults, each bringing unique life experiences and challenges that require compassionate, tailored approaches to therapy.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current and valid license to practice as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, with knowledge of applicable state regulations and supervision guidelines.
• A minimum of two (2) years of direct experience in crisis management and providing mental health therapy, demonstrating a solid clinical foundation.
• Strong knowledge of addiction issues and their implications for psychotherapy, with the ability to integrate this understanding into treatment strategies.
• Demonstrated respect and professionalism toward colleagues, clients, and families within the therapeutic process.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within community health settings or clinics focusing on behavioral health.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic practices or techniques.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with clients from varied backgrounds.
